1. Upon entering the parking lot, you will scan your reservation, if booked prior to arrival. Your QR code can be scanned from your phone or a printed version. Your QR code does not have to be enlarged! If you have no reservation, please take a ticket from the machine! (You must simply press the button on the machine for a ticket.)
Once the gate opens, enter the parking lot. One of our parking attendants will be there to direct you to an available parking space and assist you with the check-in process.
2. After parking your vehicle, please wait at your car for the shuttle. Our driver will pick you up directly and provide complimentary transportation to *Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR)*.
If the shuttle does not arrive within a few minutes, please call us at *(973) 796-8922*, and we will dispatch a driver immediately.
3. Our drivers will provide a business card, with pick-up information and call back numbers! The lane that you parked your vehicle will also be written on the card. This will facilitate locating your vehicle when you return from your trip!
4. Please take your keys, unless instructed otherwise, and have a wonderful trip.
1. Return Shuttle Service
After collecting your luggage at **Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR)**, proceed to the designated **Victoria Parking shuttle pick-up location**. Our shuttles run approximately **every 10–15 minutes**, so if you are waiting at the correct location, the next available shuttle will pick you up.
**For arrivals between 12:00 AM and 3:00 AM, we recommend calling us to request the shuttle and ensure a driver is dispatched promptly.**
2. Return to Your Vehicle
Once you arrive back at **Victoria Parking**, proceed to your vehicle and drive toward the exit.
3. Exit Process
Scan your parking ticket or reservation QR code at the exit scanner. The gate will open automatically.
If you need any assistance, **a member of our team is always available at the exit gate** to answer your questions and ensure a smooth, quick, and hassle-free departure.
Terminal A: Go to level one, ground floor, and cross the street once. Proceed to lane number 14.
Terminal B: Go to level one, ground floor, and cross the street twice. Proceed to lane number 5. The sign should say “Shared ride services.”
Terminal C: Go to level one, ground floor, and cross the street once. Proceed to lane number 1. The sign should say “Off airport parking.”
